Florence Maureen Melekitama is a Niuean civil servant and politician.

Melekitama began her career as a civil servant, working for the tax office. She was first elected to the Niue Assembly in the 2017 general election, where she tied with rival candidate Makaseau Ioane and won the seat through a lot draw. In the 2020 election, she lost the seat to Ioane, again through a hat-draw. Following her electoral defeat, she was appointed as the Internal Auditor by the Niuean Government.

She was re-elected to the Assembly in the 2023 election. Subsequently, she was appointed as Member Assisting the Minister for Education and Social Services, working alongside Minister Sonya Talagi.
