Matamua Seumanu Vasati Pulufana is a Samoan politician and Cabinet Minister affiliated with the FAST Party. She is a former educator and the wife of former MP Tiata Sili Pulufana. Matamua won her seat in the 2021 Samoan general election, defeating finance minister Sili Epa Tuioti. She was appointed Minister of Justice and Courts Administration in the elected cabinet of Fiamē Naomi Mataʻafa. Despite some disputes over her appointment, the Court of Appeal confirmed her position. In December 2021, Matamua suspended the appointment process for the Deputy President for the Land and Titles Court of Samoa due to legal issues with the Land and Titles Bill.
