Sinahemana Hekau is a Niuean lawyer and politician. In 2004, she won the Miss South Pacific pageant. She is the daughter of former MP Makamau Hekau.
Hekau studied law at the University of the South Pacific and later earned a master’s degree in Laws from Victoria University of Wellington. She initially worked as a lawyer for the Niuean government before transitioning to private practice.
In the 2023 Niuean general election, Hekau was elected to the Niue Assembly, ranking third on the common roll. She was subsequently appointed Member Assisting the Minister to Premier Dalton Tagelagi.
