Yoslyn G. Sigrah is a prominent lawyer and women’s rights activist from the Federated States of Micronesia, specifically from Kosrae State. She earned her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 20071.

Sigrah has been a strong advocate for women’s rights, particularly focusing on ending violence against women and girls. She played a crucial role in the passing of the 2014 Family Protection Act in Kosrae, which criminalizes domestic violence12.
